I received excellent professional care from the moment I called the surgery, with a helpful Receptionist who asked me to come into the Surgery as an emergency appointment. I was cared for by the Lead Patient Assistant and Practice Nurse while I awaited my appointment with the on-call Doctor. Unfortunately my health deteriorated at the surgery and an Emergency ambulance was call for me. I received nothing but excellent, professional care from all the staff who looked after me.

Good and precise analysis by doctor with recommendation to go to A & E immediately. This proved totally correct. Am always given enough time with the doctor and feel well supported.

Spoke to GP on the phone and appointment was made. It was confirmed in my App. I made the journey to the surgery on time for the appointment only to find it locked and a notice saying it was closed for staff training. No warning was given prior to the appointment and no alternative was given. If I had not turned up for an appointment the practice would have been annoyed. I am entitled to feel likewise.

I couldn't remember 1 good thing about this GP. Receptionist are very rude& arrogant . I Joined them for about 2 years long & couldn't even get one doctor appointment in this 2 years even my health condition so I had to leave them & joined different GP. I wouldn't recommend it. For me was a night mare .

I had diagnosed hypothyroid years ago, my symptoms still horrible, extremely sensitive to cold even in summer, hair loss etc. they didn’t understood my suffering at all. I have to fight for appointment and suddenly I was told I am fine after twice blood test. A big joking. I should by famous then. I am the first hypothyroidism patient in uk, suffered with struggling maintain normal body temperature including in summer, I was told that : you are fine. That’s how people dying in silence. Not recommended if you have complicated issues.

Thank you to all the staff, nurses and doctors at this surgery. They are caring and commitment is Of an extreme high level. I’ve had no problems with making appointments or receiving feedback for any tests that I have had. All my health issues are being taken care of. Well done. I look forward to many years of being a happy patient.

Despite all the pressures on GP services, I have been supported through a really difficult time by an amazing, insightful, empathetic, kind and caring GP and efficient reception team who have enabled that continuity of care and have 'been on my side'. I have been signposted also to other excellent services with ongoing support. This has enabled me to return to work successfully and to feel so much better and I know that the GP is there if I need further advice. Thank you team - you do an amazing job and have made a real impact on my day to day life over the past few weeks and I can't thank you enough.

I have had nothing but excellent service from the Wapping Group Practice. Of course we know that everyone is under great pressure with fewer doctors, physios, nurses, receptionists but everyone I speak to has a very good disposition and remain calm under pressure. I have had therapy and greatly helped. My health is generally excellent but at the moment I have several nagging problems. Everyone who deals with me is getting me all the tests necessary to try and get me an accurate diagnosis. Colleagues in other districts are not able to receive such professionalism for which I am eternally grateful.

I will always be grateful for the care I have received from Wapping Group Practice's doctors & nurses. But I'm not very satisfied with the receptionist because most of the time they are rude as they don't greet the patients in appropriate way & end the conversation, they disconnect the call in inappropriate way.
