    Both my husband and I have experienced difficulty when our reviews are due. Although we have complied by completing and returning information by paper (which was lost twice) or on line asap our percriptions were not activated when due for collection. Neither of us have had reviews by phone or face to face since before the pandemic. We find this both frustrating and concerning

    I had a cyst removed at the surgery today the Doctor and his Assistant were fantastic very professional and so friendly. I was very well looked after and I was very grateful for this procedure to be undertaken at the surgery.

    I feel like this practice has mixed reviews. Some of the medical staff themselves are brilliant, but the same as every other doctors surgery, getting an appointment is a struggle and even getting hold of them for any other reason can be difficult (especially if you work 8-5 working hours). I had an appointment recently for a mole removal and the doctor & nurse who did it were absolutely amazing. They gave the best care and told me exactly what was going on so I felt at ease.

    This practice looks after my elderly parents. I cannot fault any of the staff, or the level of service offered. In difficult times, they always try and do their best. Thank you.

    Excellent service for skintag removal. Efficient timescale with quick assessment and planned procedure. Very fortunate to have this service offered at local gp surgery. Professional and thorough service - would highly recommend .

    As an ex nurse, midwife, health visitor, counselling psychologist, I have a life time experience of my own practice within the nhs and surgeries across the country. To stand at reception as registered disabled to be told protocol and policy supersede my well being is beyond atrocious. To stand at reception to book my pneumococcal vaccination, to be told to go home and phone to book it, is preposterous. To ask if I can book an appt to discuss my blood results taken today, was met with the same brand of stone walling. I do not have a voice with this practice. This practice does not care. Do the staff actually have a desire to meet their clients needs, or do they prefer to stay apart from the people they subscribe to serving?

    If you work and are busy at 8am or midday then good luck! Unless you can call at 8am and commit to waiting on the telephone for the next half an hour, then it is unlikely you will get an appointment. I tried today and failed, so tried again at 12:15 (the earliest I could call) and was once again told to try again, but now tomorrow at 8am.... My suggestion is, if you have an illness then you should book a day off work and hope you get in the telephone system at 8am, before all the other people that are lucky enough to be able to call during normal working hours take up the (still) restricted number of appointment slots. If you cannot do that, then hopefully you will eventually get through before you have either recovered from your illness, or have died. Good luck.

    I called for an apppointment on the exact time the appointment system opened in the morning. It was coninually ingaged. After 15 minutes I got connected and was on hold for a further 18 minutes. Finally I was able to speak with the reception to book an appointment only to be told all appointments were gone. This is the my experience every time I call. Every one I know who is also with this practice tells me the same story.

    While I sympathise that it's a busy practice and staff are under pressure, I don't think there is any need for the reception staff to be so rude. I once called in pain, needing antibiotics due to a recurring infection, and the receptionist reduced me to tears with the way I was spoken to and leaving me unsure whether a doctor would call back. I was also missed off the list for a flu jab, despite having one every year since childhood. I called and asked several times when the clinics were and was told to be patient and wait for the text. Of course, by Christmas I hadn't been contacted and was told I'd now missed the boat. Luckily a kind nurse during an asthma review stepped in and said they did have spare, apologised, and said she'd make sure I was back on the list next year. Admin errors aren't the end of the world, but the receptionists wouldn't even try to fix their mistake, let alone apologise.

    Virtually impossible to make a appointment, totally outdated and not usable for anyone that has to work to pay the bills needs changing ASAP.
