    This practice refuses to provide appointments for any day other than the one you call. The process of getting an appointment is: Arrange your life so you nothing to do for at least 45 minutes from 8am. At 8am start calling the practice over and over and until eventually you don't get a line busy tone. Negotiate the menu system and join a queue. Eventually someone will answer and tell you no appointments are available. With luck it'll now be no later than around 8:45am. Repeat this process every day and theoretically you will eventually get an appointment. Hopefully you get an appointment before you become overwhelmed by the inconvenience, the wasted time, and the stress and anxiety induced by being repeatedly refused an appointment. GP practices should not be allowed to operate an appointment system like this practice does. Every refusal of an appointment is a failure to provide healthcare. This practice must be failing a lot of people. I find it concerning that this website says the practice is currently accepting new patients when it is demonstrably unable to reliably provide services for the patients already registered.

    Visited today to get my covid vaccination and was in and out in about three minutes. All the staff on duty were extremely courteous and efficient. Great service as ever.

    Having been with this Practice for over 30 years, l have never felt the need to transfer to any other. It has good caring doctors and staff but like all others suffers from staff shortages which makes it difficult sometimes for patients to get appointments.

    Had to attend for Flu vaccine. Every thing was very well organised, staff were very welcoming. Layout of the exits and through flow of patients had been really well planned. Separating Covid vaccine and Flu vaccine patients kept the flow moving.

    I am new to this practice but after 3 visits to the asthma nurse and carrying out her instructions I have stopped coughing. I cannot believe it as I have had the cough for years and assumed I was stuck with it. Thank you so much.
