The doctor I spoke to earlier today was excellent and I highly recommend him. He listened to me and was thorough and he called me back within a couple of hours. He is an asset to the practice.

I cannot write a bad thing about this practice in my own personal experience in the past 7 years. Yes you have to redial sometimes for 20 mins constantly to get through but that is standard amongst all my friends, however on speaking to someone on reception I have never been left unhelped. Either for myself or my children I’ve never been challenged and have always been greeted with kindness. Prescriptions are always sent over in an urgent manner when necessary. I sometimes feel guilty for calling but am always reassured it was better to call and check especially with the children. Thank you Willows for everything you do.

Very good service. I was seen on time. You can always ring at a later time and get advice. My prescriptions are always delivered on time from a pharmacy.

I phoned up as I did a econsultation for myself and my son and didn’t hear back. As soon as I spoke to a lovely receptionist I was told a doctor would be calling me within the hour. I spoke to the doctor and I’ve had regular calls every few days about my sons condition. I was asked about my econsultation but my symptoms have eased and I was more concerned about my little boy

I cannot praise this surgery enough. I have been registered with them since 2000 . Through the years if anything the surgery has not only grown but has improved. They offer a vast array of services. There is always an urgent appointment if you need one. They are quick to respond and quick to act. You are always treated with care. The staff are all approachable. You feel valued and looked after. I would give 10 if I could.

The doctor today was very kind and helpful in progressing a referral. This was a telephone consultation. They were very thorough and allowed me the time to fully discuss the situation, as well as taking the time to check on the patients well being. Information was sent to me electronically during the consultation eliminating the need for me to come and collect it from the surgery which was good. The referral booking system can, on occasion, be overly complicated and require a lot of input by the patient. Lists given to patients for booking online can sometimes contain unsuitable clinics which can result in appointment delays.
