The Dr's I have had delt with in this practice have always been kind and provided me with very good advice and referred where necessary.

The district nurses referred my wheelchair bound mother to the surgery HCA, who was then told she could no longer offer assessment and dressing services by the health authority so we are now expected to travel to very difficult to access clinics. Rendering the service virtually inaccessible

Dear Patient. I am so very sorry for the predicament you find yourself in and genuinely sympathise. After providing a dressing service for so long it is very upsetting for the HCA's to now have to deny this service to our patient population. Most of the patients we helped were elderly and that makes it even harder to accept. We can only hope that replacement service meets your needs.

I had a call back from the doctor within 30 minutes. I felt listened to & understood. She was the nicest doctor I have ever spoken to.

It can be difficult to get through on the phone at 8.30 to book an appointment for the day but once you're through you get to speak to a doctor the same day.

This medical practice is superb. The front reception staff are polite and friendly and are always willing to help. The doctor's are also amazing. They do not make me feel rushed, are genuinely caring and do their best to help when I need them

Like most GP practices nationwide, it can be a real task obtaining an appointment. However, if you do stay the course and succeed in speaking with a doctor, it’s well worth it. The doctors at the practice are professional, easy to speak with, reassuring, and very quick to act when you have a concern. Ultimately, this is what you want in a doctor. The practice also takes follow up seriously. Thus, I’m constantly reminded to get my daughter’s asthma reviews with the pharmacist up to date. I’ll certainly recommend if you’re new to the area or looking to change practice.

I have built up a lovely rapport with the receptionists at The Willows, which I believe is very important. They are always ready to help and friendly and extremely knowledgeable also. The Doctor who I recently have been dealing with is the most patient and caring lady. Just a joy. I feel that she really does care about my concerns. An exceptional lady.

I’ve been really stressing regarding my sons possible cmpa and still awaiting to see a paediatrician. The gp has been really helpful in giving us some milk to trial in the meantime and following up regularly. A really super friendly and kind Doctor
