During the past few months this practice has improved, after getting a new phone system it is now easier to hang on for the receptionist and get either a face to face or telephone appointment of you call at 8.30am

I have been registered here for 9 years and I have always felt well taken care of and listened to. Every care plan/treatment that’s been recommended I have found suits me the most and my concerns. The care I receive is always the best. I have always felt very highly of the willows and their GPS and staff. Thank you for always making me feel taken care of.

They never fail to get the job done and invite you in for appointments to help you sooner. They do their best to make sure you are seen as soon as you walk through the door and the reception are very welcoming

I recently had the opportunity to experience the outstanding service provided by The Willows Medical Practise to me .From start to finish, the team has exceeded my expectations in terms of their responsiveness and efficiency. One of the key aspects that stood out to me was the quick response I received when contacting the GP surgery over the phone. Whether I was scheduling an appointment, asking for medical advice, or seeking clarification on a health concern, the staff at The Willows Medical Practice were extremely prompt and attentive. There were no long hold times or frustrating queues – my calls were answered swiftly, and I never felt rushed during our conversations. Moreover, the absence of queues, both in person and over the phone, was truly remarkable. It's often a challenge to find a GP surgery where waiting times are kept to a minimum, but I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient system. Not only did this save me valuable time, but it also demonstrated their commitment to prioritizing their patients' needs.

I called yesterday, got through quickly and the receptionist was very helpful in getting me a telephone consultation. The doctor took their time to understand my problem - I didn’t feel rushed. The advice knowledge and action plans was really helpful, the doctor even made a follow up appointment for the following week so I wouldn’t have stress about anything
