There are some excellent doctors at the Willows Practice who are great with me and my children. Even during COVID, I had concerns about my children and they still saw them to give me peace of mind.

The service is very efficient, the staff are friendly and helpful. I received an e appointment the next day which is excellent. I also had a health check which was very professional. I didn't have to follow up for my results, the surgery called me themselves.

There was a mix up with a referral and the gp surgery addressed the issue immediately and gave my child a gp appointment same day, met up to discuss the problem further. Arranged a new referral appointment ASAP. Gp Was concerned and kind at the appointment. Quite glad the issue got sorted same day.

The willows have cured me of acid reflux which was diagnosed very efficiently with blood tests and results

Doctors and receptionists always friendly and helpful Never have any problems with the staff and the premises are always spotlessly clean

GP left very good impression. Got app on the same day. GP was very friendly and very interested in concerns explained. Felt very well cared for during the appointment. Treated with kindness and dignity. Repressionist was very pleasant and helpful.

I hadn’t seen a GP face to face since before Covid, so was pleasantly surprised to be given an appointment with a doctor. The doctor was very thorough & referred me on to a hospital. I had appointments very quickly. The service was excellent.
