I was seen on time last Saturday, and the nurse on duty carried out the gentlest blood test I have ever had!

No review there is no review since I do not have any problem with services been offer me and the person who attended to me was very good and I do not have problems with her, she acted in a professional way to help me go through the process l needed, all services were good and on time .

I requested for a non urgent appointment with Dr Merry which was arranged within the time period suitable for him. At the meeting he was very approachable & accommodating to concerns relating to the surgical procedure I’m about to undergo. He also dedicated enough time to explain the importance of other concerns I raised at meeting. I felt reassured & satisfied after my meeting with Dr Merry.

Though surgery is great, Drs are excellent but somewhere in the line, the clinician or somebody else does not understand the reports. It clearly states on the reports that need to see a doctor. If clinician rings, he is wasting his time and my time. Instead they should message me saying make an appointment with a doctor.. Clearly wasting so much time and then it comes to nearly three weeks before you can see a doctor after knowing the problems and one’s illness would increase.

The Nursing assistant greeted me in a friendly cheerful manner and addressed me by my first name, which is good and I prefer that degree of informality. The nursing assistant performed her clinical duties in an efficient manner and was most helpful. The waiting room was warm and comfortable. I have been critical of non clinical aspects before, for example the litter in the car park and the amount of posters in the surgery and notices barking prohibitions at patients, that I found created a poor hostile environment. That seems to have improved with the litter now gone and many posters removed. Please keep up the improved housekeeping. It would be nice to have all the ripped seat pads replaced please. Thank Thornbury Centre for Health you did a good job and made me leave with a smile on my face. Martin Cannon

I came to test a UTI and my bloods and the excellent nurse was thorough but very educational. Running through my results she clearly explained diets, good foods and how to improve my results in a very supportive manor. I feel can work with the practice to change my diet and monitor the changes to improve my cholesterol and reduce risks . I feel very confident in achieving success. Many thanks to Nurse Marlton

I was called by a receptionist to book in some tests - she was friendly & helpful The HCA who did my bloods, weight & BP was as always friendly, reassuring, encouraging & took the blood almost painlessly. I had lost a lot of weight since I last saw her (intentionally!) & she was so positive & encouraging. The nurse who did my asthma check was also friendly & gave great explanations where needed. Any staff at this surgery who I have come across are fantastic! Thank you
