I filled in the new online form and received a text message confirming a face to face appointment with just 20 minutes notice. Unfortunately I wasn’t given a choice of when this was and wasn’t given a way of rearranging without calling the surgery. If there was a way of choosing the appointment time or changing it online that would be helpful.

Terrible reception, my child 7 month old comeback from A&E ,because she have a milk allergy can't get true with the doctors to get formula prescription!!! 2 times we had emergency appointments they don't call back, next day i calling again ,reception again messing around will call you back or she telling me make appointment online even we already have. Some people shouldn't stay in that place

A very helpful receptionist arranged my appointments. She listened to what I was saying and dealt with me in a friendly but professional manner. The doctor was thorough and understanding, as was the practice nurse.

Since joining the practice I have been so impressed that there is a dedicated mental health nurse employed. It is so refreshing to be able to talk to someone who can think outside of the box and not just reach straight for the prescription pad. I have found her to be friendly, human, compassionate and to take an individual and holistic approach to managing long-term mental health conditions without any sense of judgment. It's also a relief to be able to get an appointment without having to be an emergency: this is how both mental and physical health crises are prevented. Thank you, Thorpe Road Surgery!

Have just changed to the practice having recently experienced poor service at my previous surgery, I would like to congratulate the staff on their friendly & welcoming service. I was very anxious, but made to feel at ease, they were extremely helpful & nothing seemed like too much trouble.
