New computer system recently installed has made making an appointment amazingly easy. This morning I left a message for blood testing and by 10 am I had collected my forms and this afternoon had bloods taken at St John’s Health Centre. Impressive and hugely improved service for which I am grateful and thankful

I have always found this practice helpful and efficient. Over the past six months or so I have used them a lot more than before and have been extremely pleased with the services I have received. I have been contacted and seen quickly and treatment plans have been swiftly instigated. I would recommend them. I have also been very impressed with St George's.

No follow ups, no possibility to book the same GP even tough they are supposed to be managing your condition. Tel triage appointments are a joke - they book you in for 3 pm and they call you at 10 am so you are most likely to miss their call. When they do that they leave a message to call back to rebook a telephone appointment. The GPs don't seem to be working at all - the list of GPs on their website isn't updated much. Who is the manager of the practice? Where do you complain? I've been their patient for 20 years and so are my parents and my partner. We've never been this disappointed by the poor admin and medical service at this practice.

There was no live queue When I tried to give a call to book an appointment at 7:30 am, I waited for ages and had no answer Then I went to reception to book an appointment on Monday, and she booked only a phone call for Friday even though I was breathing heavily with difficulties and had a severe chest pain, no empathy at all and the lady at the reception let me suffer until Friday I waited patiently until Friday my phone call appointment which was booked at 3:10 pm with one practitioner lady. She sent me a voicemail at 2:41 pm saying that she tried to call me a couple of times and I need to rebook it. If the appointment has been booked at 3:10 pm I am expecting it at 3:10 pm and not 2:41 pm. And why I'm supposed to do it now? Wait for another 5 days for a phone call, when I need a face-to-face appointment to check what's going on with my chest pain. 20.01.2023 Niginakhon Absalyamova

I can't describe how bad, slow and unprofessional the administration of this practice is. I have been asking their Patient Services Administrator since 30th November 2022 to complete a "healthcare practitioner’s questionnaire" form for me (standard procedure according to my private health insurance), paid for this service as requested, and still waiting for them to complete my request. Their excuses are: "we lost your original email" (sent twice), "I added a note and we will contact you shortly" (still waiting), and "we are busy; you need to wait.." (still waiting).
