Informed I was leaving on a month long trip in a couple of days I immediately contacted the surgery... but nothing happened. Contacted them again from the pharmacy still nothing done. In the space or two days with an urgent flag and reminders from me and the pharmacy nothing happened. So I leave tomorrow with enough medication for a week. I will be away for 4. 4 meds., none of which I should abruptly stop taking or miss for so much time. I will be writing to the specialist at the hospital about this. As he prescribes the drugs I’m sure he would like to know which surgeries are unreliable. This is not the first time.

Never had a problem with any of the Doctors/ Nurses or receptionists. we have been with the practice for 23 years and have always been treated with respect by Everyone at the surgery. I would highly recomend the surgery . Brilliant Doctors,
