I have given this doctors fair chance over the years and they are basically incapable of providing a service. Receptionists lack common sense or compassion when dealing with patients, almost like reading from a script. You are either dead or better before you get seen here. Usually, I don't write reviews but I'm frustrated and totally fed up with their terrible policies.

Website not fit for purpose. Reported to them several times but they don't fix it. There is a section to ask a question but when you click on it it says online appointments closed. Receptionist told me that can't be right and doesn't happen, I have sent screen shots to prove it but they still don't fix it. Can't get through on phone without 30min to hour wait and when working this is impossible. Please fix this ASAP as it would be a very useful tool
