    I’m a patient of this practice more than 15 years and have always been treated very well with the original Dr H/DrB. The new doctors have also been helpful. I’m always getting support, advice, tests and referrals to see other specialists. I would say last weeks appointments was one of the best consults I’ve had. with the clinical practice pharmacist. He answered all my questions like a GP and arranged for a follow up test/referral. He was so supportive, gave me a lot of confidence, advice as well as arranging for a private prescription for my personal issues I mentioned whilst was there. Wasn't rushed or made to feel unwanted. We discussed the treatment I need; I really appreciate it. Thanks Triangle surgery.

    Any time I have called or visited this practice I have never been let down, the staff are lovely, helpful and willing to support you. I would recommend this practice to anyone especially if you have children. My son had his first flu jab booked with the clinical pharmacist; he was very nervous but received excellent care. The pharmacist was caring and compassionate and went out of his way to ensure my son had a good experience with his flu vaccine. Staff at Triangle are extremely polite and helpful and it’s very easy to get a telephone consultation. Since joining them a couple of years ago for my children, I have had no issues whatsoever. Keep up the great work guys! Ps. I left the Nightingale surgery as the staff there were extremely miserable and rude.

    I recently had to go in for a smear test. The nurse I saw was friendly, kind and very efficient. The procedure usually fills me with real anxiety but this was painless and over in 2 mins. I did not realise that metal speculums are no longer necessary, a less painful plastic is now in use. I’m very grateful to her professionalism and knowledge.

    Following an accident I have needed to contact Reception on several occasions. As a new experience they have patiently listened to my requests and predicaments and made sure I received appropriate treatment. They have definitely gone above and beyond in helping me through this difficult time which is much appreciated!

    I wanted to share what an amazing experience I have just had with Triangle. The receptionist was friendly and informative and the Pharmacist was nothing but extraordinary. I’m really grateful for his compassion and medical knowledge and time. Lewisham hospital has been awful, brushed me off and I will be complaining to the Trust. Yesterday the GP Pharmacist was so patient and attentive to my medical needs and provided spot-on recommendations - even issued my prescriptions as per my needs without having to put a request in, arranged follow ups without me having to call back and get more stressed. I must commend him for his friendliness, patient focus, and welcoming attitude. The surgery facility's are of a high standard, and I take pride in being their patient. Despite the time constraints for each patient, they delivered exceptional service. I also want to thank the reception team for being helpful. The waiting time to book an appointment has improved. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service received.

    I used the NHS app to request an appointment/service from the GP at Triangle Group Practice. The GP who's name I don't think I can give because I am not allowed to use names but their name starts with "R"was very prompt in replying and providing a prescription for me to collect from the pharmacy. The Doctor went beyond simply issuing the prescription offering understanding, empathy and consolation about the difficulty I was having. I would like to thank them.

    Called to make an appointment for a telephone consultation. Receptionist was rude, she constantly tried speaking over me so she wasn't listening it felt like bullying behaviour. No customer skills whatsoever. I've been a patient for 30 years at the practice I've never known such rude unprofessional receptionist who try and belittle. Makes you feel awful and not want to call the surgery.

The receptionist was not rude and signposted you to the correct service which you chose to ignore.     The staff and clinicians who take care of you are very friendly. They understand patient psychology very well and they treat you respectfully. A GP appointment was not available, I was booked to see a clinical pharmacist, who was able to assist me and prescribe medication. He was very calm and reassuring. I had a very nice experience getting my annual review with him. The wait was short after I arrived at my appointment. The pharmacist was very thorough, professional and efficient in terms of the questions he asked and the exam itself. I received my blood test results, all thoroughly explained. He also made helpful suggestions on maintaining good health. Highly recommended. I was unaware that clinical pharmacists could prescribe medications, he addressed everything in one appointment without me needing the GP! This is what you call a good healthcare service. Thanks to the Pharmacist at Triangle.

    As an 86 year old woman I visit the GP quite frequently. I receive very good attentive care from the DR and team. From phone calls to confirm I have received my meds to moving appointments to accommodate my requirements, the team are very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!

    Having not used the practice for a long time , I have more recently had the need to attend. The reception team have been consistently very helpful each time I have visited . The clinic nurse is also great. Together they helped me get an important injection, when I had missed my appointment time. Thank you
