I had to have a vaccine and also an annual review. The staff were very helpful in providing both on the same day and time meaning I have to take less time off work to attend. Very professional service.

The team are compassionate and truly care about helping the patient experience a positive outlook on managing health concerns. During our last visit they went above and beyond the ensure we were supported through our appointment.

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly during our phone call, I was greeted very nicely. Staff was remarkable and again extremely helpful.

I’m an international student having an emergency need to see a doctor, and Tynemouth Practice responded me quickly with friendly help to guide me through the registration process. The practice is clean and well organised.

Receptionist R went above and beyond. She was easy to understand, friendly, polite and exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience yesterday, when I called to have to reschedule a very important important appointment due to unforeseen delay with London Overground. She was understanding and empathic, but above all professional and efficient. Thank you Rsmi, for making a stressful time plain sailing! I look forward to more customer help like this in the future!

It was a first experience and I was bit confused how to go on with medical appointments here. But the the experience with the person on the call was really great. She helped me get through each an every process very patiently and helped me get my account accessible. Thank you so much.

Although I had my reservations about using the Patchs appointment system, I found it to be responsive in getting the treatment required and face to face appointments are offered when required.

Gave this score because I needed to see a doctor and I booked this on the app, as I was just putting the phone down I received a call with a appointment time within 1 hour off me booking it , can’t believe it 10/10
