   I spent two hours queueing on the phone to be given an emergency appointment for three days later! I attended the appointment & was treated by a doctor, but when I asked about a sick note for work, I was told emergency doctors don’t do them I would have to go back to my doctors for one, Unfortunately, there’s no option to talk to medical receptionist to obtain one, so I’m now back queueing again for another two hours unnecessarily…. Please sort out this diabolical telephone service.
