I have a lot going on at the moment and The GP I see today was aware of what was going on and treated me with the kindest respect and efficiency… The receptionist i had the pleasure of dealing with today was professional and got everything done that I needed to be done, as a matter of urgency. .

The receptionist at the surgery that answered my call today was very efficient and polite.I would recommend her to any of my friends or family. She was very encouraging. She knew my name from my voice and addressed me very professionally.

I’ve called the doctors many times this week and I’ve been lucky to have the same receptionist each time, she’s got such a bubbly personality it’s really made me feel happy as I’ve called, she’s also been very helpful when booking in my appointments, changed one appointment to a more convenient time for me. It’s definitely made my experience much better than I’ve had previously

I have been seeing by a Doctor at this surgery, she explained to me all the process of my hospital appointments, treatments and medication in a very professional manner. I am very happy with the high level of service from this Doctor and her colleagues at Valentine Health Partnership. Many thanks.

I phoned at 8am to get an appointment and opted for the call back option as I was 28 in the queue. I was called back within half an hour and the receptionist introduced herself and offered me an appointment for that morning she was very friendly and helpful. The practioner I saw also introduced herself and was also very friendly and listened to me explain my symptons.

fantastic receptionist very helpful nothing is to much trouble. Also great service from doctor I see. Only issue was waited over 1 hour for my appointment to be seen and no one said that the surgery was running behind which would of been helpful

Considering the NHS troubles nowdays the 45 minute wait on hold wasn't that bad to make an appointment which was for the next day , very friendly, helpful ,efficient and professional service from reception staff and doctor.

I have joined this Practice since 2006-7 I think it’s a good practice where you can feel comfortable attending , however my last two visits I was tearful going home . I felt like the doctor had no empathy, I had serious concerns about my health ( and in my opinion I felt like he think what I said wasn’t happening, I could be wrong but that’s what I believed) it so happened that I saw this doctor two weeks before but unfortunately I had two issues and they couldn’t be addressed in one session , and he behaved as if he was seeing me for the first time , all I am saying is he could have said how are you today or be more welcoming on a professional level. I don’t know if anything can be done at reception as you have to sit there and listen to what’s your date of birth, what’s the problem and other confidential information given , I had to go to reception and I wrote my name and DOB on a piece of paper and hand to the receptionist.
