    All doctors & nurses treat you with care, compassion, dignity, respect, understanding & kindness. Receptionist staff are welcoming, friendly, supportive and have a great level of understanding too. I find all staff at this surgery specifically strive to meet all patients needs as much as possible to the absolute best of their ability. I would definitely recommend this GP surgery if you are able to register as a patient with them. Outstanding!!

    They are appointments are limited and receptionist mostly being rude , I have been with them since 2011 ,really disappointed this days their service

    Find it hard to get appointments for emergency and also the phone lines are hard to get through also prescriptions I had for years they stopped it without warning terrible the resceptiinist are very polite when I pop in surgery to order prescription sine pandemic we all seen g p surgery changed big time for the worse

We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced in arranging an appointment at the Practice. GP Surgeries are experiencing significant and growing demand, and patients having to wait longer for appointments. Therefore, the waiting times for the telephone to be answered by Reception may be longer than what our patients or we would like. Regarding your prescription.     The receptionist who assisted me when I needed a doctor to see was very helpfull and accomodating . She tried her best to find a solution for it, she is the best ever everytime I call the surgery for appoitment Such staff should be recognized and she is a good example to her collegues..

    Exemplary helpful and professional servIce from reception staff and nurse at Holbourne Road. The receptionist dealt with several issues patiently and with empathy . The nurse explained clearly about the shingles vaccination. Better experience than Ferryview which seems to be under severe pressure.

    I recently had a very stressful situation whereby my mum was poorly & I needed a recent prescription for antibiotics changed. But no local chemist seemed to be stocking the liquid version. I broke down in reception. Nothing was going right. And one particular receptionist calmed me right down. And I will be forever grateful. She was efficient. And even text me later on to inform me my mums new prescription had been sent to the only chemist that had the right version. I needed that support at that time. Great service!

    Exceptional Receptionist I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an exceptional receptionist at a local gp surgery, and I couldn't be more impressed. This receptionist truly embodies the essence of professionalism and customer service. From the moment she answered the phone to me, I felt a sense of warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel valued as patient. Her communication skills were top-notch, as they attentively listened to my needs and inquiries, providing clear and concise responses. What stood out the most about this receptionist was their remarkable ability to multitask effectively. Furthermore, this receptionist was incredibly organized, and dedication to their role was truly impressive. In addition to their professional skills, the receptionist displayed a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. Even when faced with challenging situations, they maintained a calm and friendly demeanour. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of every patient. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by this receptionist's performance.     I’ve always remained with the same GP for several years, I find her to be extremely caring, patient and supportive she makes me feel safe heard and I fully trust her with my health. I genuinely believe that this is extremely rare and this is why i appreciate this practice, same can’t be said about the reception staff I find them to be extremely rude and disrespectful not to mention sarcastic, I’ve unfortunately had to make several written complaints regarding “missing papers” conflicting information however all calls are recorded therefore you are safe and complaints are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. I would highly recommend this practice.
