    I called Valentine Health today. The receptionist was professional, efficient and handled my call with great sensitivity. She has a very welcoming voice, which put me at my ease, but also has a businesslike manner, both ideal for a busy medical practice. She arranged for a doctor to ring me. The doctor rang as arranged and was very helpful. She was very thorough, asking me searching questions She found out some information and then rang me again. I am very grateful for the way both treated me and my embarrassing problem so sensitively.

    Brilliant and thorough, the GP I had an appointment with talked me through what my issues were, checked me up, gave her opinion based on technical knowledge and gave me options on how to resolve the issue.

    I wanted to say thank you to the surgery staff who were super supportive & kind on Thursday evening 3/8/23 regarding my medication repeat , you listened , understood why I was emotional and were so solution focused, it meant so much to me. Thank you

    If we are late we never get seen but yet they never keep to their times. I had a phone call appointment booked for 4.30 ive got things I need to get on with but its now closer to 5 and still no call. They don't help with problems they just want to keep upping medications that don't help rather then prescribing ones that will. I would advise everyone to stay away from this doctors and try find one that is decent and cares about helping you rather then just getting their money for patients they don't help.

    I am fed up listening to the repeat statement s when phoning for an appointment. Also I am not shoure if I have registered with the practice the screen looks complicated and infuriating

    I waited 2 weeks for a telephone appointment one the day of the appointment only told get a text message that my appointment has been cancelled. So disappointed 😞 i am disgusted

    Dear patient, I would firstly like to apologise for your recent experience with the Practice. In regards to your appointment being cancelled at short notice, this can happen at very short notice from when the clinic is about to start. In order to get through to our patients we text the patients to make sure they are aware as soon as we can. Sometimes we can reschedule the appointment, but that’s not always possible.

    Always had a good experience, helpful staff and efficient service provided, clinical and non-clinical staff have been understanding and responsive. E-consultation service also proven effective and timely.

    I have recently needed a GP appt, and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who booked my appt. I was then called by a doctor two hours later and had further follow ups booked. It was so efficient and professional
