Physician Associate has been thorough and methodical. Asked a lot of questions and has completed blood and urine before referring for a scan. Good advice given and I hope that after a hospital scan I will get the solution to my problem.

The doctor i have seen today is very attentive to my treatment today has he told me i am needing antibiotics a chest infection I have been seeing him for over 2 years and I have always been very happy with his treatment !

Firstly, valley view have very good doctors but awful customer service. Will take you a minimum of 30 mins to get through to reception. They try to operate via patches online, but this is restricted to certain times (have they even considered the elderly or non English speaking patients who have no idea how to use this?) I have today tried to chase up my sicknote via patches request 3 days later and found the staff had no idea of what my dates I requested. I asked to log a complaint and was referred to their website, and no suprise its down. I'm leaving this review and pursuing my complaint when the site is back up. This is completely unacceptable in 2024

Dear Mr Rajah, Thank you for your feedback, it is disappointing to find that we have not met your expectation and are working tirelessly to establish a fairer triage and are not able to operate with a same day service for everyone, patients that clinically need to be seen can expect to be seen on the same day and will be given priority as work to embed the modern general practice method is fully establish. Long waiting times on the phone are a thing of the past and now being on the phone for any length of time is optional. From the introduction of our new telephone system In Late July all calls are monitored and average waiting times are never above 5 minutes otherwise you are given a callback option to hold your position. The patchs service is an additional commissioned service to give patients choice and is based on capacity and is for non urgent matters. They do also have a suggestion area where you are welcome to provide your suggestions. We will be running knowledge sessions on how to gain access to your own Gp Digitally for anyone and would welcome you to be apart of this. Our NHS IT service provider has offered an apology to anyone experiencing issues when there have been IT outages and we also advice any patients to please get in touch with us over the phone when services are down online. We are also in the process of redesigning our website based on patient feedback and will have this complete by April 2025. Working on the front desk in general practice is very challenging and difficult and we would ask all patients to provide an opportunity to us by reaching out to us prior to any negative feedback in order for us to be able to resolve any concerns. If you would like to complain there are many ways for this to happen either formally, informally via telephone, in writing, using our website or in person using our complaints form which is the same online as it is in the surgery. The GP practice is ok, it's neither good nor bad however the doctors are very good. I had an appointment with the physician associate I. A. who was very helpful and understanding, listened to all my problems and tried the best to tackle all the issue.

I had an appointment with Doctor she listened carefully to all my problems and co operated with me very well all doctors and staff r very good and understanding Whenever I had an appointment The doctor checked me very well and gave me best treatment

I had an appointment with the doctor he listened to all my problems and cooperated with me amazingly whilst still having an informal conversation which made him very easy and open to talk to. All my appointments my doctor checked me very well and gave me the best treatment. Really recommend this practice

I have been seeing Physician Associate ia for nearly two years now with my ongoing health condition. Every time I have seen ia he has been so supportive and helpful. I always feel so much better after my appointments with him as he will sit and listen to me each time and give me the right treatment and go the extra mile for me when signposting me to any extra help and support. I always look forward to seeing him whenever I need an appointment at the surgery because of his kindness and understanding and support. I hope he continues at my surgery as I couldn’t have dealt with my health condition without his help and support these last 2 years. Thank you ia.

Our GP is very honest and doesn't avoid tough topics. he is always helpful, quick, and efficient. what I appreciate most is that our GP genuinely cares about his patients. he follows up on treatment plans and makes sure they work for me& my family, instead of just suggesting quick fixes. it is rare to find a doctor who is both professional and truly concerned about patients. i highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great gp.
