I’ve been really impressed with the service provided at Vanbrugh Group Practice. The surgery has always been able to give me an appointment within a good time frame. The reception team and clinicians have all been really fantastic in looking after me and my daughter. Keep up the excellent work.

I rarely visit the Doctor, but knew that it could be difficult to get an appointment these days from the news. I followed the guidance on the practice website and visited a pharmacist who said I would needed an appointment to get a prescription treatment. I was really not feeling at all well and a bit worried about how long that would take as the condition was not improving so I called for an appointment. After a relatively short wait, where I was kept informed of my position in the queue, I was able to describe my symptoms to the receptionist and explain what the pharmacist had said. She was extremely helpful and I was very happy when she said a doctor would call me back in the afternoon, which they did. I sent them a photograph of the problem and within an hour was picking up my prescription. A week later and I'm feeling so much better and would like to thank the receptionist and doctor for making that possible!

I just switched to this practice because I moved into the area and I am really impressed! They immediately got me up to date on health screenings that my previous practice never told me I needed, and I was seen quite quickly and immediately referred to treatment for a sports injury. Everyone, including the reception staff, is really kind as well!
