    I understand that names cannot be mentioned but would stress she who I have now seen twice is extremely good. An attractive personality and extremely through. I needed physio and also requested for examination for tinnitus. Given the health service at present, I was shocked and surprised to have both this week. The physio on Monday and the MRI on Wednesday. After the through examination by this doctor I felt that I had been listened to and getting closer to both understanding and taking the right steps She is young and up to date. Brilliant! For the first time in three years I have felt confident in someone.and that she knew what she was doing and no examination by telephone

    Discharged from hospital I was told to “go back to clinic” when I requested help. I got no reply when I advised them of the problem this would cause . I was told by reception that I had to go for blood test to get my HRT prescription renewed. It was wrong. It was actually a review and the information on screen was not mine. I was told to make a follow up appointment for a heart/circulation problem . It’s proved impossible . But the kind receptionist has found me a nighttime appointment at another surgery at distance from my home. The doctors are probably over loaded with the demands made on them but better management might help. I am 84yrs old and realise age has its problems but symptoms can be helped. I have some great medication but I feel it’s now too difficult to seek help except on line.

    I was experiencing gender dysphoria. I've never really been comfortable with anyone to speak about this topic until I joined this practice and met up with some amazing doctors. They made me feel good and made Me understand that there's nothing to be worried about. They kept all my sensitive matters private. They made sure I was happy I left happy and at ease in everyway. I am going through a lifelong change but I am always confident in calling my practice and knowing that they'll be there for me Thankyou all

    Agree with the February 2023 review. Although I believe the reception staff are finding their feet and becoming more helpful. The appointment system is, in my opinion chaos, one can only telephone at 8.30 for a same day appointment, one cannot book for a later appointment. A picture forms of hundreds of people scrambling to phone at 8.30. After 15 or so minutes of waiting one is told all appointments have gone! A particular doctor treated me and requested that I saw him within a month. I have been trying for two months. We are no longer being treated as patients but as numbers

    This used to be a great practice with great staff. I'm not sure if under new management but there are a new reception team who don't appear to be confident in what they are doing. Slightly rude as they certainly do not want to go the extra mile as the previous team did. Trying to get a physical appointment is near impossible. Communication is extremely poor when chasing results. Follow up appointments with the same doctor are again near impossible. This used to be a great surgery but lately I'm extremely disappointed. Also I have been having the same ongoing medical issue for 3 years now that has failed to be diagnosed. I had to go through some extreme difficulties until anyone actually took me seriously. I am still trying desperately to get the correct treatment but trying to get an appointment is ridiculous!
