I turned up at the surgery at 4.55 p.m. with an infected and swollen finger. The very helpful receptionist enquired to see if the GP on duty was available. He appeared almost immediately. What a genial and excellent doctor! He lanced my finger painfully and sympathetically and prescribed a course of antibiotics. I went to the pharmacy in the square where the prescription had been received. It was made up straightaway and I was out of the chemist’s at 4.17. Start to finish 22 minutes. Well done to all parties and thank you very much. (The finger is mending nicely. )

The new Email arrangement was straightforward and the doctor phoned back within the hour. This was much better than waiting for a response on the phone.

Took my 9month old for an appointment today due to a rash, the online system was easy and fuss free (no waiting on the phone) I got a text to send a picture, then a call back within the hour and booked in for an appointment 30mins later. We were seen on time by the lovely Dr who immediately put my mind at rest. Would absolutely recommend this practice, always given such great care and all receptionists are happy to help and supportive. It’s nice when they have so many patients that they remember names and faces.

I’ve had a lot of issues in the past getting appointments but since the new online system has been launched my daughter and I have both received fantastic service. My daughter was triaged within a few hours and received medication that day. I had a f2f appointment that day and tests done. Medication within a week. Much better system.

Receptionist most welcoming following an online booking. Seen same day. Doctor extremely sympathetic & helpful. Prescription written. Dispensed at local chemist later in day.

I had a problem today getting hold of my medicine from both Keyworth pharmacies.Total hassel. Which should have been an easy task. Doctors were brilliant and helpful. Reception went to great lengths to help and in the end they managed to sort the mess out. Big thumbs up from me.Thanks again for your hard work.I was really impressed. Mark Kenney

Used the online service for the first time. Really impressed with how quick I received a response. Had an email from the practice informing me that a doctor would be in contact regarding my query and then received a call from the doctor the same day.

Dr Paur is all you would wish for from your GP. Not only his medical knowledge - but also his empathetic communication skills. He listened. He understood. He spoke of the way forward and the options we have. He offered a follow-up appointment to monitor progress. Thank you Dr Paur.
