Had a nurse practitioner appointment. The nurse practitioner was really helpful and friendly. Didn't feel like it was a rushed appointment like I felt at my previous GP practise. And she noticed I had a different nurse appointment the next morning which she dealt with there and then so I didn't need the appointment the next day then which was a bonus.

Called re neck spasm. Doctor was sympathetic, understanding of my current situation and also offered me a range of holistic advice which I really appreciated. Thank you

Everything made very clear about what I needed to know the doctor I spoke to was very patient and he explained in a way which I understood very clearly

I have been coming to this practice for over 12 years and have never had a bad experience. The nurse I saw today regarding my blood test results was extremely friendly and kind whilst being Professional and informative and put my mind at ease.

Had an appointment booked which was changed. Still had appointment the same day. Saw a trainee GP who was super. She was professional thorough empathic and had a sense of humour! Apologising to her for asking her to take a look at something else she promptly asked a nurse to take a look, my concerns were answered again in a professional but friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble. The GP later called me to supply more information. Great service ! She will make a superb GP! We need to support people like her!

Excellent service from start to finish called at 9am spoke with GP at 10am same day. Prescription set to pharmacy.

Saw the dr. Told them my concerns. Referred me to another member in their group. Rang me this afternoon to go back in, as there was a cancellation, and then problem sorted. This wouldn’t have happened without the quick referral from the first dr.

My appointment was on time . Dr introduced himself then took my blood pressure he noticed I was also booked in 2 days later for an immunisation so arranged for me to be immunised straight away so I didn’t have to go back. Very quick service and stress free . Thank you.
