    I contacted the surgery online first thing this morning and within five minutes they had phoned and booked me in for an appointment with a doctor the same morning. The lady doctor was professional, thorough and explained everything. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and helpful. I have been using Vine Medical for many years and whilst they have not always been good and have had poor receptionists in the past they are now brilliant. The service they provided for me today was first class.

    Unable to get an urgent appointment with any GP never mind my own. I can't see how it can be so diametrically opposed that 1 patient gets a same day appoint yet I have to wait 3 weeks?

    Practice nurse was fantastic very pleasant and professional, made me feel at ease while she was removing the stitches after my operation

    I had a blood test which makes me very anxious, the nurse was so good with me, she used a child's needle which was much better for me. She was kind and made me feel relaxed.

    This was for a blood test. Quick, easy and on time. The nurse was polite and careful and took time when she had difficulty getting enough blood from me. It was no trouble at all.

    I found the staff very friendly and professional. That makes the visit even more enjoyable. I had a health check and it was thorough and I received my results very quickly, all in all I’m very happy with practice.

    Today I tried to make an appointment via Anima app but after providing all the requested information and photos I was sent to Petersfield hospital, even though I stated that I probably had an infection. After 2.5 hours waiting I was told that I had an infection and was finally given anti-biotics! I'm self employed so lost 3 hours pay, this could have easily been done over the phone. It wasted my time and the doctors at the hospital.

    I had 2 appointments on the same day, 2 hours apart, both were over half an hour late and on the 2nd appointment, the doctor I saw, I felt I wasn't being listened too almost like the appointment was rushed due to them running late, not letting me finish speaking before interrupting.

    Had to wait about half an hour but managed to keep myself occupied by watching some healthy TV. Saw a nice nurse who seemed pretty thorough and was out of there in time for tea. Quire a painless experience overall. Had better but certainly had worse!

    Issue of gravel voice for over six weeks. Needs to be discussed with gp as possible symptom of more serious condition, this service referred me to pharmacy for sore throat!!
