I completed an online form and was texted with a face to face appointment within a few days with the appointment the following week, which was great. The GP I saw was very good.

You can never get through on the phone or by email . I tried all morning yesterday to cancel an appointment for 11.30 am I gave up at 11.50 .

Dear Ms Hopkins, I'm so sorry to hear you had trouble cancelling your appointment. We know the wait on our phone lines can be quite long. We've recently made it possible to cancel your appointment through Anima so you don't need to wait in the phone queue. Just log into Anima and choose 'Admin Request'. Kind Regards, Vine Medical Group

My son called Vine Medical Group for a same day appointment on 09 April 2024 and was told to wait by his phone for a doctors callback. At approx 13:00 he was told he has an appointment on 01 May 2024. This was for a mental health issue where my son could not eat, or sleep. What are we supposed to do for the next 3 weeks let him starve and be sleep deprived? Ridiculous! Now I will have to go to A & E just to get someone to take this seriously.

After using anima online, I had an appointment come through but the wrong appointment. I was assured that I would hear back with a new one, but sadly still waiting after nearly a month.

I made a request for an appointment which I got within 3 weeks. The appointment was re scheduled 3 days prior for the same day different time. When I arrived check in was easy and informative as to the doctors running time. He was very good asked me a good few questions and listened well very quickly he had the diagnosis and set about a plan , he explained all points very clearly and explained the prescriptions in detail. I was pleased a solution was found and it seems it was correct after only one day I am already feeling much improved.

I personally have not had a problem getting an appointment, if needed, especially with the new Anima system. Also, regular yearly reviews are arranged very easily. Ordering and getting repeat prescriptions, never a problem. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.

So hard to get an appointment had to wait 8 weeks and then got a gp that did about 3 things wrong and the only follow up I had was a text message… no verbal comma at all

It was okay, no problem with blood taking, however over 10 minutes overdue & didn’t check my allergies. Very friendly staff though.
