    I contacted the practice for advice on the diabetic libre sensor and was given very helpful and detailed information and advice. I was also informed if I needed anything else to get in touch with the practice. The staff are always helpful and friendly and respectful to patients and always take time to listen to issues enquired about. I feel welcome every time and for me this is the perfect practice. Thank you vine medical group Waterlooville.

    Receptionist acknowledged me even though was busy, first time there was no wait and the Dr I had seen was a new one to me and was excellent.

    Tried to make an appointment through the portal which kept saying to attend a walk in service which I had already done called the practice to be told I can’t make appointments over the phone the receptionist kindly did this for me and I was text an appointment date saw a doctor for the first time since before Covid who just wrote a prescription from the notes from the walk in centre was told they would make me drowsy and dizzy so they should be taken at night however I explained I work from 5am would this effect my driving was told to assess my own driving !!! Once I received my prescription it clearly states not to drive or operate machinery so will not be taking the tablets. This is no longer a doctor’s surgery but a prescription writing service very disappointed with the service and care

    Went to see nurse after filling in the anima questionnaire to book appointment. I got in a bit later than my appointment time but the nurse was engaging and thorough with my check up.

    trying to get hold of the doctors is very difficult and then you have to wait weeks in order to get an appointment. Have once you get an appointment you are listening to and you do get the treatment that you need most of the time.

    🌟🏥 I want to share my experience at Vine Medical Group - Stakes Lodge, which was both informative and supportive. There was a slight delay in seeing my GP, for quite a number of months. However, every nurse I met were fully open and transparent about the guidance and policy that I should see a GP with my health problem (under the age of 40) - this demonstrated candour. Until such times as I could see a GP, the kindness and helpfulness of everyone I encountered along the way made it a positive experience however. 🏥😊 the nurses who had seen me were careful, considered and respectful. Once I finally had the opportunity to meet with my GP, I was impressed by their extensive knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain the potential causes of my health problems in a way that was easy for me to understand. This not only justified the need for further testing but also helped me feel more informed and involved in my healthcare journey. 🩺💡 What stood out to me was the genuine care and consideration shown by my GP. They not only provided advice and guidance, but they also took the time to ask if there was anything else I wanted to discuss at the end. This made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient, knowing that my concerns were being listened to and addressed. The GP was thorough in exploring another issue I raised, providing realistic timeframes and explaining the necessity for additional blood tests. 🌟📝 In conclusion, despite the delay, my experience at this GP surgery was marked by the informative and supportive approach of the healthcare professionals. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to listen and explain made me reassured throughout my visit. I highly recommend this practice for their commitment to patient care and comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment. 🌟🏥 Thank you to the entire team at my GP surgery for their dedication and compassionate care. Your commitment to patient well-being is truly appreciated. 🙏💙

    I had a consultation in April with a doctor, whose name I am not allowed to quote, she was very thorough in her examination and listened carefully to the things (in real life this would indicate a person, but I'm not allowed to quote the first person) and my wife had to say. She was also very quick with her responses, securing alternate medication and a referral. First rate service. Thank you.

    I visited for a blood test with the nurse. I spoke about a wheeze I was concerned about. She followed this up by speaking to a GP for me and booking an appointment the next day. I felt listened too and supported thank you for your care

    I was apprehensive about my appointment 24/4as I felt I would not be listened to as happened with my previous appointment in February.Speaking to the GP about my medication he listened and understood one medication I wanted to continue with I used as and when required not continually on a daily basis.He has arranged for me to visit QA to get a stomach scan because of inflammation insidents I have had going to QA 24/2/24 A and E and another time at the Royal London AandE.Both times I collapsed.I thanked GP for listening to me and said I don’t make a habit of going to surgery but just recently it has been very frustrating.
