Appointment for 2.30pm. Arrived at 2.25. Hardly had time to sit down before I was called in. Simple injection took seconds. I was out again by 2.30! Very efficient.

I filled in the long form and received acknowledgement on 16 May.When I checked progress on 25 May the application said "closed" and I have received no appointment. How am I supposed to have been contacted?

The doctor was very nice and thorough It was good to have a follow up it put my mind at rest normally I have blood done and then hear no more so it was good to speak to a doctor and as I said she was very nice didn’t c Make me feel I was waiting her time

I had appointment for annual diabetic review. At 11.10 am and I was seen within minutes of my arrival. The staff were very professional, polite and thorough. The young lady who conducted the review was pleasant and understanding of my needs and concerns. She was very efficient and obviously knew her job extremely well. I am very impressed with my visit , examination and treatment whilst at the facility.

Easy to get a HCA appointment on app. No waiting time for appointment which went very smoothly. A few routine questions. Then on to standard BP Weight and Blood Tests. Everything done very professionally.

GP was on time, very pleasant and professional, listened to all my concerns, discussed with me test results, explained them and what was ment. We discussed a further test. A reassuring visit.

She had time for me very chatty regarding my problem a was keen to see if I had anything else of concern that I wanted to talk about rather than the normal Doctor basically click watch trying to get me out of the surgery due to a time limitations, will be asking just to see her in the future
