    Patient Services Admin staff are very helpful, they always try to assist and are professional and courteous! On Friday I needed to get 3 diffetent types of appointments and after several attempts and systems, staff were able to book all 3 for me! I also had several other queries, which were all dealt with too! Tge lady i dealt with was lovely and patient tooI I find this a great practise, with very nice premises, combined with easy parking and a great team of people! The Nurses and acare Assistants I have to see on a monthly basis are always very caring, professional and knowledgeable! I would recommend this practice to friends and family!

    I have been happy with my recent experience at Voyager Health. I have seen 2 different doctors in the last 3 months for 2 different reasons. In both cases I got appointments relatively quickly and both doctors were thorough and very reassuring. Having had a very difficult time in the last year which has made me quite anxious the doctor referred me for a face to face counselling session at the practice which was very helpful. I have been pleased with my experience at Voyager Health and I hope it continues.

    1 Covid/Flu jab process. Extremely efficient process run by an extremely helpful and friendly team of professionals 2 Booking an appointment on another matter. Incredibly helpful and understanding of physical requirement and 'worry' management'. Thank you

    I am a frequent visitor to the surgery and the service I receive from all teams is efficient caring and professional. There is a high level of cooperation and support for one another. Overall my standard of care has been excellent, interventions have been timely and appropriate, even picking up at one time during a routine check that I was unwell and the team were so caring they got help and from this it led to a review of my health management that has seen me at my most stable for months. I feel very lucky to be cared for by this practice and would highly recommend it.

    I have tried to get a GP appointment twice in the last couple of months and the first time there were no available appointments and the second time I was offered an appointment in 4 weeks time. It's just not good enough when you are in pain. I've gone privately instead now and given up with them!!

    This service has drastically deteriorated since moving from Mile Stone Surgery. My last encounter was the nail in the coffin and I have now moved surgeries. My last encounter was for a repeat prescription that I placed on 12th June. I was contacted by SMS to say a Dr needed to speak with me before prescribing my medication. I was then away on holiday for a week and contacted the surgery on my return, to be told there was a 3+ week wait to speak with the Dr. I eventually got to speak with the Dr on 25th July and received my medication on the 26th July. That's a 27 working day delay in my prescription, I am to blame for 7 of those days. What is concerning though is at no point did anyone from the surgery ask if I had enough medication to see me through, or offer a short prescription to bridge the gap. As it happens I only take the medication when I need it, and that is not very often. what is more concerning is that there is no record on my notes, or if there is the Dr clearly could not see it to explain why I took the medication, I was also asked why I was taking the medication as there was a better alternative. This should have been on my records as during my Military service I had tried the alternative but it had bad side effects so i was switched. I was also asked who and when i was diagnosed, agan all this would have been on my military records that i personaly handedd in to the surgery along with my consent for the surgey to request furher information if neeeded. However there is no record of any of my military vaccinations, injuries or proceduers i had during my Military carear.

    I just wanted to let voyager know what an asset your mental health nurse is to your team. For the very first time in probably 20 yrs i felt seen, i felt that finally someone could see what ive being trying to explain about myself for all this time. The recent loss of my Dad, affected me very deeply and i made a call to the surgery as i was suffering with my Mental Health As soon as She called me i felt listened too, she didnt rush me, she let me just talk and helped me navigate my way back to feeling more able to process what was happening. The fact that she checked back in with me regularly really made me feel someone wanted to help get me better. I am so happy you have someone that loves her job and really wants to make a difference because she really made a difference to me and supported me during such an upsetting time. I am so pleased, with her support and understanding it seems we may have found a way forward for me finally. Thank you so much, This review won't let me leave her name

    I had to attend this centre for the first time as a emergency appointment after calling 111 and I was very impressed It is a very modern clean centre and all the staff from the reception to medical staff were lovely and I was attended to by the most friendly kind and patient doctor I have ever met he took the time to fully explain all the details of my health problem I am sorry I'm not allowed to name him but he is a asset to yourselves and the NHS

    After my visit today, the Doctor who I saw was absolutely outstanding, she listened to my problems and treated me with total consideration and empathy. I have never had this level of service in all my years. Rated 10/10
