I wanted to take time to leave a review about my recent experience at Watford Health Centre in meeting the Physio Consultant whose name I am not allowed to write here apparently. I cannot express in words how positive my experience was with this highly skilled and professional consultant Physiotherapist with a bedside manner I have not experienced in a long time. I have been a carer for two decades and come across all sorts of doctors and health professionals and having been very disillusioned by the GP practice feeling very let down by many doctors and so this consultant Physion was a breath of fresh air to me. Her assessment of my condition was rapid, impressed me greatly how quickly she was able to rule things out and how empathically she spoke to me with time , care and concern, seeing me as a human being not a number and not clock watching like was my experience with some members of this practice including one of the partners. She was able to take into account my desires as the patient and did not presume to know more than me about my body. She took into account what I wanted to do and then gave me the help I wanted and needed. I was seen very rapidly by her and I also have high praise for the lady on reception, again I am unable to write her name , she knows who she is, who did the triaging of my three requests in an equally empathetic and professional manner. I have been very impressed with these two members of staff after poor experiences with some doctors at the practice who clock watched and had zero empathy. thank you very much to you both , you have restored my faith in this practice somewhat I am very very grateful for your care support and help during a difficult time. May all your kindness return to you. Watford Health centre and its Patients are very lucky to have you both helping patients in such a heart led manner. May you go from strength to strength in your future with deepest Gratitude

Visited the physiotherapist, she was absolutely amazing. She explained the problems I was having and why I was having them. She also showed me the anatomy and physiology making me understand why the problem was occurring. I left feeling educated and empowered to do more to look after my health.

Today, I visited Watford Health Centre and received excellent service. The physiotherapist was highly professional, displaying outstanding knowledge, as well as being empathetic and friendly. I felt genuinely cared for and supported during my visit.

I saw an Advanced Physiotherapist at Watford Health Centre yesterday and she was amazing. Really thorough, patient and kind. She totally knew her stuff! Have had what felt like nerve pain for over 3 months and she diagnosed exactly what it was and how to treat it. So grateful and can’t recommend her and the MSK Service at Watford Health Centre enough.
