    A holistic gentle kindly approach of listening carefully to multiple symptoms, explaining the meaning of mixed Dementia, future troubleshooting and current positive action. Transformed our day! Thank you

    Despite having a registered history of poor mental health I have received the most appalling lack of care. I requested to go back on my antidepressants earlier this year and without any conversation with a person I was sent a prescription, the promised follow up didn’t happen either. There has been so response to the questionnaires I was required to fill out for them stating I am severely depressed. Not one human has checked in with me in the last 8 months despite my numerous attempts to speak to a doctor.

    If I ring up for an appointment I can't get through most of the time. Before the merger there was an email system for making appointments that sort of worked. Since the merger there is a new system which is unpredictable, incomprehensible and often says it does not exist. Then I get a text message at very short notice for an appt in person; when I got there I was kept waiting and eventually the practitioner rang me on my mobile. We met, she was very stressed and got confused reading my notes. She had been working through her lunch break. Now I have had another encounter, told of an appt this afternoon. When I tried to find out if this was an error, by following the online link, I found that just clicking on the link had cancelled the appt, whatever it was. This sort of thing must drive the staff maf! As well as not being good for patients
