    i have been informed the doctor concerned has tried twice to phone me today and on my landline and mobile no record of any calls has been registered . i have been sat on both phones all day waiting and nothing this appointment was booked via patient access 2 weeks ago . I am done doctors who lie are unacceptable I will be changing my practice a.s.a.p

    I attended for a prebooked face to face meds review ,unable to report in on automated system , approached the receptionist who checked computer screen she said you've not got an appointment dear . Showed her my written appointment card was told still not got appointment it's not on here where did you get this card , from here obviously one of your colleagues I don't know who,she never had Id badge displayed . Well you will just have to rebook dear I was told you must have made a mistake . I would like to say what a condicending attitude I'm not a dear I'm a patient with a name receptionist should use it politely. The practice manager needs to be on top of their job and make sure their reception staff are properly trained , to take ownership of their administration mistakes , and not try to pass them onto their patients. Doctors at the practice are first class unfortunately their work is let down at front of house .

    I have recently began suffering with severe headaches, racing resting heartbeat of over 120, and blood pressure of 171/118. This doctors refused to give me an appointment. Told me to call back next weekend “hopefully get one each day of calling. Fingers crossed!” This doctors surgery has now left me with no GP and no choice but to pursue private treatment to help me diagnose the issues that are going on at the moment. If it turns out I have something that would have benefitted from being diagnosed and treated earlier, I will hold this practice responsible in its failings in its duty of care towards me as a patient.

    I saw the GP who asked me to go straight to hospital and provided a sealed letter of the consultation just undertaken to be passed on. When the letter was opened the printer ink on the letter was so faint it was illegible. How can a practice share a letter with other medical professionals, containing a patient's medical information, so unprofessionally? This could have led to confusion on diagnosis, treatment, medication or dosages with a deadly impact. I am alarmed clinicians at this practice can be so cheap that they can't afford to change the printer cartridge or too lazy to bother to do it. I would have been too embarrassed to do as this clinician has. An appalling example of care.

    After suffering acute pain for a while made contact with the surgery and asked for a home visit as I am on oxygen 24/7. Doctor rang me at home and organized an out of hours Practitioner.. Doctor arrived quickly and with a very pleasant and a most professional manner gave me a complete examination diagnosed problem ......Thank You.

    Recent experience was appalling, after suffering with symptoms for several days, contacted 111 for advice - told to get a gp appointment asap. Tried ringing, no luck, filled in an E consult Wednesday morning, told hear back by Thursday evening - no call. Chased up still nothing, finally had a call on Tuesday from a health practitioner (6days later) and although my symptoms had improved I was still experiencing pain. Told no gp appointments and if still in pain go to a walk in. Why was I made to wait a week to be told this? Ridiculous, I followed NHS advice and still could not get a gp appointment, no one has seen my face to face since 2019 - it’s appalling.

    Waited in a queue for over 20 minutes to retrieve a urine sample pot. Should consider making it easier possible putting them out for patients to collect themselves like the repeat prescriptions that’s much easier now.

    Cant ever get an appointment, cant ever get through on the phone always at least 30 mins on hold no matter what time you call. They say book on the app however my app states you cannot book an appointment. I have spent every morning this week on the phone on hold to try and get an appointment and even called into the surgery to book at reception at 8am and no appointments available because they are using the app instead but me and many other patients are not able to book on the app therefore we are never able to book an appointment whatsoever! Absolutely disgusting service

    Dear Patient Thankyou for your review Due to changes in October 2022 , we are required to make all our appointments available digitally and patients are using the app to make their appts on line , we are therefore limited in the appts we have to offer face to face on the day We have a primary care health team that we can offer appointments with , this will be offered to you on the telephone or at the surgery Kind Regards J Rimmer Head of business and Operations
