    Came for an nhs checkup due to nearly turning 40. Had two nurses. Both lovely. Explained everything clearly to me, took there time and were able to get blood out of my stubborn veins! No stress very pleasant.

    I had a smear with the nurse today and she made the whole experience very relaxing and eased any nerves. She’s a credit to the practice and I send my thanks.

    When my elderly mothers medication was lost in transit by either the airline or airport when returning home, the lovely team at Westlodge could not have been more helpful. I visited the surgery and the lady on reception was fantastic, contacted one of the GPs and the prescription was arranged the same afternoon. The medication is time critical so the speedy response and compassion was greatly appreciated ! I would love to name the receptionist and the GP but knows this goes against the review policy but hopefully you will both see this and know who you are ! Thank you so much West Lodge.

    Easy to book the appointment, didn’t have long to wait before I was taken, always friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable, made sure I knew what was going to happen, and the procedure was done quickly and efficiently. What more could you ask for?

    After having a high reading when blood pressure was taken at the weekend in a Pharmacy (not in Farsley) the practice rang me on the Monday and asked me to call in so they could retake it the result was normal and she provided me with the reassurance I needed before going on holiday. The HC was lovely and I didn’t feel rushed the NHS need more staff like her. Thank you.
