I attended appointment for vaccines and was greeted up on arrival and was directed to my appointed room and was seen quickly and I was asked appropriate questions before administration of vaccines and given advice after administration all told it was a pleasant experience

Call received in the timeframe specified. Clear and good advice given. The Dr was polite and friendly and made me feel at ease.

As always caring professional and prompt service received the receptionist are always helpful and kind and caring. Even during the hardest times we have all gone through covid, and staff short ect!! Getting an appointment urgent has worked very well for us I do time it with the TV clock have the number already logged in and press no 1 to save a few seconds and even then I'm in a queue but always get through by hanging in there I fully understand times have changed and gone are the days when we just rang to get an appointment but we and my family have been registered with Calverley since 1961 yes we are very old now lol. Always been highly satisfied at all times my belief if your nice with people, people are nice back well on most occasions. So it's a yes from m and 10 points too so thank you Calverley medical centre .
