    Visited today afraid I did not get the names of the front desk receptionist but they were very, very helpful and gave me a great deal of assistance. I was amazed that I received a phone call from a Doctor? a few minutes later and he diagnosed my problems and sent a prescription through to the pharmacy. Top marks all round.Thanks to all concerned.

    If Carlsberg made Doctors, and a Medical Centre it would be like my amazing Dr (which I'm not allowed to name..) and his team at Westbourne Medical. In all my life I have never met a Doctor as attentive, thorough, and professional. I just feel like I'm in a safe pair of hands, I could not ask for more when it comes to health care. The team upfront are fabulous, and they all work so hard. Massive thank you to all x

    Never feel like my gp has time for me. Doesnt listen and often doesnt even let me finish listing my symptoms before cutting me off and diagnosing without all the information. I respect their experience but its difficult to feel reassured and ive often had to go back for repeat visits.

    well this practice managed to achieve a conclusion to my recurring blood test problem understanding the request and resolving the matter in less than 2 hours! well done! A situation a neighbouring practice completely failed to understand or could not manage, vehemently protecting and defending their failings!

    Myself and family are all registered at Westbourne medical centre and I cannot rate the surgery highly enough. The receptionists are always so kind and helpful and the Drs are all superb. Thank you to all the team for all your care over the last few years

    Thank you to the whole team for always going above and beyond to look after me and my family. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the GP and practice Pharmacist take the time to listen and help in every way they can. It's a wonderful practice.

    From making the request for an appointment to getting prompt, professional, thorough testing and follow-up calls the service was amazing after all the bad press that Doctors get. This surgery can only be recommended. Thanks to all of the team

    Absolutely wonderful and thorough experience all the way from reception staff to the doctor. I will send all my clients there for bespoke medical care. Truly pulled out all the stops. Professional but with an element of care not always seen these days.

    I cannot fault the treatment I have received recently when my asthma became a problem. Outstanding. I used the new online triage form, which in itself is fantastic (I always found it tricky to get through on the phone due to my own work commitments not fitting with the long waits, the 8am/2pm lists and the 12-2pm close). I've used the form twice now and both times have had a call and medication prescribed the same day. I noted on the form that I wouldn't be able to pick up a call until after 3.30pm but the GP was persistent with his call and managed to speak to me during my lunch break. He listened to my symptoms, talked me through the reasons why I was feeling as I did and offered advice and reassurance on next steps. He then offered to send the prescription to a pharmacy close to my work so I could collect and begin treatment ASAP. He also sent me a follow-up text outlining my treatment plan. He told me he would ask the asthma nurse to contact me. She did the next day... On a Saturday! Unfortunately I missed her call so she automatically made me a new appointment for the following Thursday evening. She was fantastic, really got to understand where I was at and how the medication was working. She arranged to call back for a check-up the following week. We talked though my progress and how treatment would look moving forwards. She will liaise with my GP and follow up my progress and asthma management in 3 weeks. A huge thank you to both of them. I feel heard, supported and cared for and so, so, so much better!

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to rate our practice with 5 stars and write a detailed review of the care you received following submission of the online triage form. You have used this form twice now and on both occasions you received a prompt call back and had medication prescribed the same day. The GP you spoke to listened carefully to your symptoms and talked you through the reasons why you were feeling the way you did. He offered advice and gave reassurance as to next steps and offered to send the prescription to a pharmacy local to your place of work so that you could start the treatment straight away. Follow up care was arranged with the asthma nurse who also promptly made contact with you and arranged an appointment the following week. We are pleased that you felt heard, supported and cared for.     Works beautifully. Is quick, efficient and effective. Well done. I love to see an intelligent use of technology working (and this does work). I got a call back within an hour, a 3 minute conversation later and I'm off to pick up my prescription --- Shame I can't get Deliveroo to pick it up for me and then it would be the perfect customer experience and service.
