Absolutely wonderful and thorough experience all the way from reception staff to the doctor. I will send all my clients there for bespoke medical care. Truly pulled out all the stops. Professional but with an element of care not always seen these days.

I cannot fault the treatment I have received recently when my asthma became a problem. Outstanding. I used the new online triage form, which in itself is fantastic (I always found it tricky to get through on the phone due to my own work commitments not fitting with the long waits, the 8am/2pm lists and the 12-2pm close). I've used the form twice now and both times have had a call and medication prescribed the same day. I noted on the form that I wouldn't be able to pick up a call until after 3.30pm but the GP was persistent with his call and managed to speak to me during my lunch break. He listened to my symptoms, talked me through the reasons why I was feeling as I did and offered advice and reassurance on next steps. He then offered to send the prescription to a pharmacy close to my work so I could collect and begin treatment ASAP. He also sent me a follow-up text outlining my treatment plan. He told me he would ask the asthma nurse to contact me. She did the next day... On a Saturday! Unfortunately I missed her call so she automatically made me a new appointment for the following Thursday evening. She was fantastic, really got to understand where I was at and how the medication was working. She arranged to call back for a check-up the following week. We talked though my progress and how treatment would look moving forwards. She will liaise with my GP and follow up my progress and asthma management in 3 weeks. A huge thank you to both of them. I feel heard, supported and cared for and so, so, so much better!

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to rate our practice with 5 stars and write a detailed review of the care you received following submission of the online triage form. You have used this form twice now and on both occasions you received a prompt call back and had medication prescribed the same day. The GP you spoke to listened carefully to your symptoms and talked you through the reasons why you were feeling the way you did. He offered advice and gave reassurance as to next steps and offered to send the prescription to a pharmacy local to your place of work so that you could start the treatment straight away. Follow up care was arranged with the asthma nurse who also promptly made contact with you and arranged an appointment the following week. We are pleased that you felt heard, supported and cared for. Works beautifully. Is quick, efficient and effective. Well done. I love to see an intelligent use of technology working (and this does work). I got a call back within an hour, a 3 minute conversation later and I'm off to pick up my prescription --- Shame I can't get Deliveroo to pick it up for me and then it would be the perfect customer experience and service.

Have moved and registered with many different surgeries over the years, and while it can sometimes take a while to get a face to face appointment (probably due to the sheer amount of patients they have) it is easy to get a phone appointment. The staff are great. From the reception to the nurses and doctors. It is also fairly easy to sort out appointments and prescriptions on the website. Have finally managed to get a lot of my health issues managed so much better than with previous practices. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks!

Dear Tania, Thank you so much for your rating and review of our surgery. Face to face appointments are available in advance and usually for routine non urgent problems. Telephone Consultations, as you say, are more easily available to book, along with online consultations, and where a face to face consultation and/or examination is required, this is arranged by the clinician with the patient. Thank you for your feedback on accessing our website for appointments and prescriptions, it is a new website since November 2022, and is being updated continually. My 93 year old mum suffered a heart attack last week and was released into my care. I have had to contact the surgery several times this week and all of the reception staff were incredibly kind and patient. We’ve also had a visit from an amazing District Nurse, who floored us with her kindness, organising care and equipment and (I believe) arranging for Intermediate Care Team to visit. Earlier today I phoned again, and the receptionist listened patiently to what was worrying me and left an urgent note for the duty doctor to call. Very shortly thereafter I received a call back. The doctor concerned was off the scale amazing! Kind, informative, patient, funny, and incredibly supportive. In essence, I would just like to say a massive thank you to them all, not just for their professionalism, but also for their kindness. It meant such a lot. My sincere regards Lynette Nelson
