I have only recently joined Westbury-on-Trym Primary Care, but I am very impressed with how the surgery is run and the level of care I received from the Nurse I saw on 15th August (it is a shame that we are not allowed to leave names, because I would have like to particularly thank her): she was very friendly and really good at her job - by far the best nurse I ever came across to perform this particular treatment. In addition, I also would like to comment how good & efficient the Receptionists are.

I have received excellent support from the Community Pharmacist over the past few months. The pharmacist monitored tests and provided comprehensive feedback on the results by telephone. She also advised me about what to do to keep well in future. The Pharmacist is a conscientious and committed member of your staff and I would highly recommend the service to other patients.

Two booked telephone calls in past week with surgery's pharmacist. I found her very responsive and sympathetic. Comprehensive info and guidance on medication options, and no sense of being rushed into decisions. An excellent service.

The Practice Pharmacist, has been monitoring my hypertension and finally evolved a successful and appropriate course of medication She is an excellent communicator, always patient and respectful. I have thanked her and expressed my appreciation. She is aware that, for personal reasons, I am in a rather dark place, and her kindness and support has been important to me. She is an outstanding practitioner.

I couldn’t have received better service from Westbury on Trym primary care. I received a telephone call back from a practice nurse and then a face to face appointment all within 2 hours. A week later I had a telephone conversation with a duty Dr within 40 minutes of booking who organised a blood test an hour and 10 minutes later. The results of this blood test came back within 4 hours and an appointment with a physio was booked for 3days later. I cannot ask for better treatment and every single person I have been in contact with at the surgery have been brilliant. Thank you

Lovely big surgery with great nurses and doctors. The staff are both efficient and compassionate. I recently had a cervical check up and the nurse put me at complete ease and took the sample with no problems and minimal discomfort. The same nurse then also had to take some bloods and carried this out with great proficiency.

I recently was helped with monitoring my blood pressure by the Pharmacist Prescriber and she was very helpful supportive friendly and reassuring ..She called me at the arranged time twice and was reassuring about my monitoring. I'm grateful for tge care and attention shown and also that she arranged tge prescription straight away with the Chemist.. Thank you! Since registering about 2 years ago ago I have found almost all staff v helpful and in the phone too abd also nurses doing bloods and changing addressing ..here's to the NHS...xx

I’ve have been receiving post cancer care with the W-o-T surgery and have experienced unbelievably kind, helpful and friendly treatment from a practioner (HF)who has shown attentive care and compassion for many months. I have equally had nursing care for a post-radiotherapy wound and the nursing staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my care and treatment is perfect - I now have fully healed from a troublesome problem that the hospital was unable to deal with. I’d like to thank the trust for helping me over a difficult time. Pippa

My husband was acutely unwell and the nurse booked to do his blood tests recognised this and escalated to the duty doctor. She then allowed us to stay in her room until we went to the hospital. Her care and compassion was very gratefully received in a challenging situation. Many thanks to her and the practice for their care for him

Visited the practice for an appointment early morning on 5 February 24. I was extremely impressed by the kindness, understanding and patience of the receptionist on duty that morning. Despite being busy they managed each patient in a compassionate and friendly manner. The receptionist clearly took pride in their role.
