I rang for an appointment today and was answered within 1 minute. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. It’s a shame the appointment is a month away but compared to others’ experiences with their GP practices I feel lucky to get an appointment.

I was pleased To ring at 8.30 and have had a member of staff assist me with my needs and reassure me to ring anytime and not to struggle with symptoms this was helpful as yesterday I tried am and on to get through and told in the morning phone at 2 and abruptly in the after no more capacity and to go to a&e or phone 111 if needed.thankyou I call this morning reassured me and I’m now in line for a call back

Unfortunately once we reach capacity on triage patients are asked to call back for the next triage session, alternatively if a patient feels they can not wait until then they are signposted to NHS 111 or to call 999 in a life threatening emergency. I contacted the surgery and requested a call back from receptionist. Within minutes my call arrived . The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful . Thank you

At very short notice, the doctor realised that she could not make a good assessment without seeing me present and organised a visit to the surgery, then fixed an urgent blood test and conveyed the results to me with a phone call a day later and sent the prescription through to my local pharmacy. This resulted in my beginning medication the following day and by the end of that same day I already had relief from the pain I had endured for a month and a half before making the first call to the surgery. My thanks to the doctor for brilliant diagnosis and demonstrating such care in the follow up for her patient. Truly grateful

I phoned late afternoon last Friday (19/2) to enquire if they had received notification & approval from Eye Consultant who prescribed new medication which was to be added to my repeat prescription list. Although they hadn’t received approval the very helpful lady I spoke with took great ownership & messaged my Doctor for her authorisation. On Monday morning (26/2) at 9.15am another very thoughtful lady phoned me to say my Doctor had authorised the medication & she had advised my pharmacy to that effect. I was due to run out & so went later that morning to collect the new repeated medication. I’m most grateful. Fantastic service by all involved at the Practice. Big thank you.

I had a few questions that I had saved up to ask when attending an appointment with my parents. Both the receptionists were polite, helpful and resolved all my questions. When I asked about how to get a flu vaccine for my dad, who had missed the organised surgery sessions, one of the receptionists went to ask one of the nurses and she gave him the vaccine there and then, saving me from having to bring my dad back another day. The receptionists and the healthcare assistant and nurse we saw, treated us with kindness and humour. Thank you.

Kind and thoughtful, professional receptionist who went above and beyond to help me and my family member on the morning I spoke to her on the phone. I would also like to say how professional and kind the Doctor's are as well at this practice.
