I had my COVID booster and flu jab last Saturday and the surgery was extremely busy and I only had to wait 10 minutes before I was seen the doctors attending to all of us are very professional and efficient they did every thing so well I do recommend the surgery to everyone. Also the ladies at reception are so helpful and always have a smile for us and I think that helps us when we come in not feeling very well, it shows a professional approach and you know the ladies Will do all they can to help us.

I was in there on Monday and had a query about my medication prescription the wonderful reception staff did everything they could to help me sort out the query. They are so professional and friendly and give 110 percent to help they are fantastic people.

I was in the practice today with a query on the paperwork for a blood test within two minutes the query was resolved and with a smile they are always polite and helpful and I will always admire the professionalism of all the staff that work there.

You cannot get appointments at this practice. Urgent or otherwise. Nothing is ever available. Got all the shop front with the new building but an empty practice that does not see patients unless you are willing to wait a month. Calling is now pointless as you get cut off if you choose options to book appointments or wait on hold at number 30 or something ridiculous from 8am to be told nothing available. I don’t see the point anymore and despite everything I believe in I am now forced to go private or find another GP.

I felt the doctor was very helpful and all I told her was taken in and thought about .my first thought when I met her was she is very young can she help me. Since my fall last year I have been quite house bound.but now I feel things hopefully will get better I will definitely see her again

I am trying to book an appointment in past 2 weeks and it was unsuccessful. I have been asked to call either at 8:00 or 14:00 to book an emergency for same day or none emergency for week after same day. I also was refused to be booked in person at surgery. Today I called at 14:01 and Machine said no appointments are available!! it looks like all the appointments was booked under 1 Minute!! I have been with this surgery for 17 years and never had issue untill they have mooved to new building and it looks like the management system has changed

Reception staff always so helpful and nothing too much bother. Considering the amount of different enquiries and temperamental people they have to deal with I think they do a really good job. People are often quick to criticise so I thought a compliment was due.

Just telephoned to book an appointment with a particular female GP as have found a lump in my breast and and this doctor had been with me regarding this problem in the past. Was told that I would have to call back at 8am the next morning for an appointment. If you are (very) lucky you might see a random doctor. This is so disgusting as we are constantly told on ads to contact your GP if you are worried about your health. Why can’t it go back to pre Covid? I’m so worried and upset!!

Understandably, you're feeling worried and upset about the situation, especially given the concern you have about the lump in your breast. The recent demand has undoubtedly strained the healthcare system, and many practices have had to make changes to adapt to the situation. However, it's still important that patients can access the care they need, especially when dealing with a potential health concern like yours. While we try to book appointments with the requested clinician the limitation on appointments with a specific GP may be due to factors such as availability or scheduling constraints. Nevertheless, I understand that this doesn't provide much comfort for you at this time. When we run out of appointments we do our best to signpost you to the alternative services in the area including our online service Patchs. My daughter who is autistic and has a massive fear of the doctors. The doctor we visited has now changed the emotion from fear to excitement. For that I'm eternally greatful. To have such an understanding doctor means more to a mum than anything in the world when it comes to my daughters needs. It's the first time I left a doctors appointment speechless of how easy it actually is to visit a doctors appointment. Thank you
