    This was the best experience of a visit to a GP. Booking with Patchs was very straightforward and easy to use. The GP was attentive, friendly and very caring I will spread this to others. A +++++

    This practice has been very efficient organising vaccinations for covid, flu and pneumonia. I was offered appointments as soon as vaccines became available and had my vaccinations very promptly without having to wait. Staff were always friendly and helpful. I was very impressed.

    After 4 goes to either get appointment or a telephone consultation no such luck - the appoints line when you ring at 8am there is approx 30 in the queue - again at 2 similar amount - Wednesday am over 30 and this afternoon 12 - I didn’t want 111 they don’t know your medical history - you can’t leave a message for your primary GP - conveniently Practice Manager not in either - what a state of affairs that we cannot see a GP or speak to one

    Very impressed with White Lodge this morning (first time I have used it). Appointment the same day, polite, efficient receptionist and a charming, helpful GP who quickly referred me on for further investigation. Really excellent service!
