Very sensitive and caring consultation with the nurse practitioner who listened to me and offered advice and medical options. I felt the consultation was very worthwhile and it helped me with my physical and mental health enormously. Thank you.

Have had bad chest for months called drs out but nothing was done has now become crucial at hospital was diagnosed with chest infection after months of complaining of chest congestion.one dr said she could hear fluid when listening to my chest,ialsohad very swollen ankles and feet was given water tablets but nothing for my chest went on for two long

Needed support and advice with an on going illness. Had face to face conversations and received compassion and understanding. I have medication and a better understanding of my problems

Staff are always very helpful and will always go the extra mile to help you. Whenever you make contact with Whiteparish surgery staff are personable and helpful whether it’s organising an appointment or a query on a prescription.

A well organised mass flu vaccination session spoiled only by many people seemingly unable to follow simple directions or to bother about personal safety. The session itself was well organised with staff directing patients to the numerous injection sites. I was quickly dealt with and sent on my way

Staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was sorted out. Also I kept informed about what was going on. Has improved a lot over the last few years. Thank you.
