    Found myself visiting this MIU twice recently, first with small child with chest infection and secondly regarding myself and something completely different. Both times received faultless, thorough and caring attention, even in the first instance on a very busy Sunday afternoon with a waiting room crammed with anxious parents with feverish children. I understand why we can't identify staff but wish I could thank some amazing nurses whose people skills matched their professional expertise. There seemed to be such warmth and mutual respect between staff members too. We are incredibly lucky to have these fantastic facilities and wonderful people to support us when we need them. Thank you Whitstable MIU.

    We are very lucky to have this practise, so many great services with helpful and supportive staff who go out of their way to ensure patients are well looked after.

    Cannot praise the dermatology department highly enough. It is the first time in years and years that i felt I was being listened to and not palmed off quickly with the same ineffective prescription. The approach from the doctor was nothing short of the best care available: Un-rushed, informative, caring, supportive and sympathetic. It felt like the best the NHS can offer; Probably, in fact, the best you could get from private healthcare also.

    I’ve got covid and have found it quite scary . I rang the surgery to request a telephone consultation with my GP and the whole experience from the initial telephone call has been faultless , indeed even better than I could have asked for. My GP suggested that my husband drove me to the surgery where I was examined inside our car in the car park . The reassurance that I was given was brilliant. I cannot thank them enough and feel very fortunate to be a patient at Estuary View

    I attended the Medical Centre Walk in Clinic with a foot injury at 8am and was so impressed with the care, attention and speed at which i was seen. Every member of staff from the Dr who saw me to the receptionists and Xray nurse were friendly, informative and helpful. A fine example of a service at its best!!. Thank you.

    Excellent caring service and the best treatment I have ever received. Always take the time to see you at short notice if needed. I am so impressed with it .

    What can I say. Bought my wife to the centre after she had a fall and realised she had substained an injury to her arm. After triage and an x-ray, it was confirmed she had broken it. The service and care she received was exceptional, and a credit to the NHS. Thank you all, so much.

    I attended the centre following a fall and resultant shoulder injury. I was seen, x-rayed, diagnosed and on my way home in just over an hour. Everybody I saw was very professional yet friendly in their treatment of me. The NHS comes under so mush criticism nowadays it is a pleasure to report that centres such as this provide a first class service. Thank you.
