    No appointments at own gp, been suffering for 10 days, feeling dreadful. Advised could attend Estuary View or QEQM Urgent Treatment Medical Centres, chose Estuary View. Was very busy. Overall 2&1/2 hours wait and Consultation, but very good service. All staff very efficient, pleasant, take time to listen to you, helpful even under pressure. Seen for triage then a consultation, advised have uti, prescription sent electronically to my usual pharmacy, picked up within 1/2 hour. Excellent service, welcoming building, well signposted, free parking, very clean waiting room, water cooler available and cafe across the hall if needed. In these times of bad reviews of the NHS - 4 star service.

    I recently visited your surgery as a visitor to Whitstable. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the service and attention I received. From the lady outside helping with iPad registration through to lovely Doctor, and all the staff in between, my visit was made comfortable, efficient and extremely swift. The whole team are both friendly and professional and I hope my gratitude can be passed on to them. I’ve never before experienced such great & speedy service at a walk in/treatment centre. Thanks again. I appreciate you all
