Cannot fault the slick experience of receiving both my flu and covid vaccinations. No queue, walked straight in, vaccines received and out again. I was even able to park right outside. Well done to Widcombe Surgery, I was dreading finding a parking space and queuing for ages, it was such a relief!

I have had two very positive experiences recently - one where I contacted my GP, had a physio appointment two days later and medication prescribed the same day. All done in a very helpful, friendly manner. Then I had a query about a further appointment, received a reply to an email the same day and had a text the next day from another member of the practice with the information I needed. Everyone I have encountered there is helpful, friendly and efficient. They seem to really care about their patients. I always recommend the practice to my friends and contacts who have had less happy experiences elsewhere.

The whole team are clearly working hard to provide the best they can locally. Having recently moved and transferred to Widcombe Surgery recently, interactions I've had across the team are far better than I've experienced elsewhere, from the reception team who conduct themselves with great integrity (and fit me in when there wasn't room when I had an emergency), to the clinicians who despite the time pressures put on GP surgery staff, performed a calm and complete medical support. Thanks to you All. I can see you dealing with frustrated and difficult patients, but you are definitely the best organised and best delivering team I have heard of, and I am very lucky and grateful. Thank you
