  2. Review titled Excellent GP appointment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My daughter needed to be seen by a GP regarding a sensitive matter. We were able to book the appointment at a time that was convenient for her out of school hours. The GP asked appropriate questions in a sensitive way. He was very thorough. He also carried out a physical examination of her neck, explaining what he was going to do first and why. This was reassuring in this case. He gave us appropriate advice. Thank you. The appointment was very helpful.

  6. Review titled Poor practice

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 17 October 2024

My appointment was at 1 o’clock didn’t get called in the room in till 1.55, I asked if they could do more tests to find out why I keep getting water infections to be told that is no records of me having a water infection this year, which is wrong due to putting a sick note in work for a week early this year for a a infection that bad that I was crying in pain on toilet. I have also had antibiotics a few times since that experience for the same thing. I think this very unprofessional.

  9. Review titled Waiting time too long

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I made an appointment for mum for a vaccination. The appointment was a Monday. I had a phone call to say it had to be changed to Wednesday. I then had another call to say it was 1 hour earlier. Very inconvenient as i have to work. I attended the appointment with my mum and we had to wait an hour !!! My mum is nearly 80 and was very tired. Not good enough im afraid to keep patients waiting so long. Whats the point of an appointment time ??

  10. Review titled Thorough and pleasant doctor

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 25 October 2024

The doctor was pleasant, thorough and professional. I felt he listened to me and asked lots of questions. I didn't feel rushed. He even did a physical examination of the affected area. After the difficult process of getting an appointment it was a breath of fresh air. The doctor was not one of the new ones
