I had a good experience during my visit. The doctor listened effectively and answered all the questions I had concerning the pain on my lower tummy, gave next steps .Would recommend this practice.

  3. Review titled Very bad practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Amira - Posted on 03 April 2025

She doesn't know why I am here, and took long time to check my details on a very slow computer (as she described it). She gives me a pen to write my next appointment address although I don't know how to spell it and suppose to text me or write it herself. Every time I ask her question she interrupts me by saying one second. I wasn't happy or satisfied at all with this practice.

  5. Review titled Poor at best

by Steven - Posted on 17 April 2025

Visited the doctor, actually saw a nurse, she didn't seem to listen and sent me for blood tests, after the test had a call from willow bank to book me in regarding blood test results. I took a evening off work and attended. The nurse didn't know why I was there so I explained that I had blood tests a 2 weeks ago, her reply was "I don't know why you have been sent to me I don't usually do blood test results" the nurse couldn't explain part of my results because, as she said "I'm not a doctor" so I left, having list half a day's pay and no wiser. I called willow bank to complain and was told I would get a call at half past 5, this never happened, the next day I called to ask why I hadn't been called, I was told I would get a call back, still haven't, still don't know what's going on and half a day's wages down. It's shocking that this passed as health care, my wife and kids moved from this doctors for similar reasons, I will be joining them

  6. Review titled Doctor

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Had appointment whilst there asked about my blood results doctor said yes I can see on screen that need to talk about results but I would have to make another appointment I ask why she said she hadn’t enough time. But she was 10 minutes later coming in. What would have happened if I was 10 minutes later, not impressed with this service.

  7. Review titled Positive experience with nurse practitioner

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Despite being disheartened at being 29th in the queue at 8am, by 8.35 the helpful receptionist had got me an appt that afternoon in Longton. The surgery there is clean and tidy and the receptionist was lovely. The male nurse practitioner was extremely thorough and actually read my medical history which was novel! On time, and very well taken care of on this visit. Isn't always the case with the GPs

My son was having an injection as the nurse was very friendly and chatty, she joked with him and put him at ease and it was really nice to see.
