My wait time was less than 5mins and my Doctor made me feel very comfortable and she was very professional. I felt safe, heard and looked after. I am very happy with the standard of care provided.

Very good service and no waiting time. Excellent. Nurse was friendly and gave all the information. Reception staff were polite and nice too. Thank you.

Every time some kind of problem… never been jet smoothly …. Main problem is administration ladies… all the time messing up with something…. Losing documents, giving wrong appointments times…. In the end you never will know it will be like that or not…..and bonus top of that is also their attitude ( young ladies). ….. them should learn from older ones….Last time I waited around 40min top of my appointment time…and when I asked what happened then didn’t show any attention (young lady in administration)…….Unfortunately I don’t know the name- Indian lady… amazing.,so polite, always all is how she saying, never messed up information, Last time she was that who came and operative sorted out problem about waiting . Thank you so much!….

I had an appt between 7.30 - 9.00 the doctor phoned at 8.50 and was very thorough and helpful. She arranged a blood test, an appt to see me and the flu/shingles jab.

Everyone at the practice is lovely and demonstrated understanding and care to my needs. The doctor is very patient and is a good listener. She showed empathy and was able to decide on the best course of treatment for me at pace. The practice also keeps me updated on any hospital results as they arrive.

The doctor responded immediately and thoroughly when I was concerned about something. Also, the receptionists are always helpful and the booking system has worked well for me.

On contacting the surgery the Gp was extremely helpful and spent a good amount of time discussing my issue. Arranged for urgent appointment and Hillingdon hospitaland then a follow up the next day to discuss the results. The doctor again was very detailed in her explanation of what was going on and made a couple of urgent calls to the specialist on my behalf who are now in the process of arranging appropriate treatment. I honestly felt very assured that I was getting really good service. The doctor is clearly someone who cares about patients and their welfare. It is really refreshing to know that fantastic front facing customer service is doing well. Our NHS is the pride of the nation and I for one would like to say a very big thank you to not only my local GPs but the NHS as a whole. I owe you my life.
