    Am now getting quite intensive attention to my health problems and the practise nurses are being very thorough so at the moment am very satisfied with the surgery

    Took the morning off as i didnt know what i was walking into. It was actually a blood test which i have not been given the results so far. If you call in the morning, you are on hold for ages. On the day of appointment, GP just messaged to say it has been cancelled and when we call, they say they are short staff and i can go to Heatherbrook. When i reached to Heatherbrook they say that oh your appointment is in Willowbrook so i head back there and magically, there was someone who got the test done. As much i get it that times are hard, people in England are falling ill more with poor mental health after our experiences with GPs.

    Throughout this year I have had numorous blood tests following on from doctors consults. At all the visits to different nurses I have to say they each one of them have been professional,advisary and patient with me at all times. Also I include the Reception staff.

    Reception has a problem for every solution. Can’t even change my address. GP’s not really connected to the surgery- will tell you they will do a referral and then disappear and no one knows about it. Trying to get copies of your letters for insurance is the most painful process Trying to get access to your record, test results etc is painful

Please note that when requesting a printout of letters, or information from your medical records, patients are required to complete a Subject Access Request form. Once completed, the practice will provide you with a printout of your requested information. Alternatively, you can also have access to your online records using your NHS app. Please note that you can view, access blood test results, request medication and book appointments using this online platform.     I've been with this practice 20+years and never really had any bad experiences! If any criticism it would be that the seats in the waiting area should be turned around so that you can see and hear the doctor/Nurse calling you! Check in is really easy on the screen but should move the seats underneath it!

    My experience with Claredon Park is worst, I will always choose another surgery against Claredon Park anytime. GP asked me to go for seven analysis at Leicester Royal infirmary, was given over 5 weeks date from the date I called, till I went for the appointment, my GP refused to send them the required form. After dropping my sample, I went back to my GP with details from LRI Fertility Centre and still the GP didn't act on time. I went back to Leicester Royal Infirmary to check why I haven't heard of the result and they told me that they didn't get the request from from my GP on time. They promised to send the result in 48 hours. It is over 3 weeks now, I haven't heard from my GP. I called them to book an appointment, it was scheduled only for them to call me in the morning that the appointment has been cancelled
