Arrived for my flu jab at the set time,straight in to the room jab done right away out to the car all within 5 minutes.You can’t fault the service given by all concerned well done.

Delays to answer the telephone are unacceptable. I was waiting for 30 minutes before it was answered.

My husband and I arrived for our flu jab at 10.30am. We were seen immediately and were out less than 5 minutes later. Excellent planning and organisation by the practice.

Flu injection “appointment “ but asked for and was given the Covid seasonal booster at the same time. This flexibility was very helpful, so thank you.

Helpful staff and the GP's are exceptional. The on line booking request system is easy to complete and the response is often very quick.

Very thorough admin wise with notifications of appointment. Welcoming team lovely! Personally, I went straight in for my flu jab. I was asked if I had had my covid Booster yet, and immediately checked there were some available and arranged, and I was able to walk across the surgery to have this Booster as well! So efficient and friendly I would recommend to anyone. Thank you

This is a good friendly GP practice. Always attentive and prompt with replies to queries. Can’t really fault it in any way. Just full of praise for its conduct and organisation

Helpful and organized! The staff is kind and takes time to guide you. Also, whenever It was urgent to see a doctor, I had an appointment arranged the same day. Wilmslow Health centre is a great medical place and I highly recommend it!

Well organised, welcoming service for covid booster. Minimal waiting in we’ll spaced waiting area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only suggestion is that disabled parking spaces and nearby uneven paving could be improved
