I went for my flu injection last Saturday. I was first notified 2 weeks ago by text. I then received a confirmation letter with more information. The session was efficient and well organised with friendly, reassuring staff on duty. Unexpectedly I was also offered my Covid booster as a supply was available. This was a real bonus and I was very pleased to have this. I was impressed with the service offered and the organisation behind it.

An early appointment for 8.00am for my Covid booster. Volunteers greeted me and booked me in. No waiting, I then was directed to the surgery room where the GP’s injection was painless. The entrance and exit system flowed easily

I have recently moved into the area and have been really impressed with this practice.I have also had my flu and covid booster at the practice. It was well organised and the staff on duty very helpful and friendly

The practice has reacted well since the pandemic and if you really need to see a doctor then the waiting time for an appointment is minimal. I am a fan of the online consultation system as it allows the GP’s to treat many ailments without the need for a face to face appointment.

Arrived for flu jab. Easy access and quick process. Friendly and welcoming. Professional treatment. Vaccine administered by nurse. No contact with go on this occasion but everyone very organised and treated with kindness and efficiency.

Simply execellent service, organisation and very skilled practice. For the last 5 years, the practice has improved from being very good to simply excellent. Very well organised and excellent diagnosis each time.

My husband and I visited the practice for our flu jabs last Saturday. We were impressed with the efficiency and organisation of the service. The service was fast, we were in and out in 5 minutes but at the same time the staff took time to meet and greet us.
