The visit was good the wait was dreadful- so long after my appointment. No communication and you start to worry if they have forgotten about you the dilemma of when to check with reception etc

I feel the practice gives me the impression that they are efficient and active! For example a few days ago for mass flue vaccination, I felt they are well organized, however the forms had to be printed on arrival! Also did not know that there is Covid vaccination taking place on the day the site at the same time! Generally to my experience I found it difficult to book a doctor, I ended up to talk to the receptionist and often appointment with the nurse. Messaged may not fully understood sometimes lost or not acted Upon! For example repeat prescription or referrals procedures that I am entitled or previously which was agreed being are inconsistent . They need to be more flexible and proactive to offer patient help and support also assess their needs more proactively, but the practice has been improving.

I received a text to ask if I wanted. 5 th Jab I said yes I received the jab that evening , no queue just extremely efficient. In and out 5/10 minutes. All complete.

Received text inviting me for my next Covid jab. Applied and got an appointment for that evening, which was very well run. I was in and out in double quick time, and no jab pain at all. So as first visit very impressed.

Visited on a very busy Saturday morning for flu jab. Lots of staff directing patients, well organised.
